Liverpool Student Accommodation

Welcome to
Antona Student Properties

At Antona Student Properties we know you won’t settle for poorly furnished, badly decorated, unsafe properties.

All our houses are recently refurbished and redecorated, have new furniture and boast student essentials such as dishwashers and double beds as standard.

Plus all of our houses now come with a brand new 32" HD Ready LCD TV that will be bolted to the wall ready for the start of your tenancy.

About Antona and our student properties

Through modern practices and innovative thinking, Antona Student Properties provides top end student accommodation across Liverpool.

At Antona Student Properties, we know the market well, offering students precisely what they want, where they want it, at a very reasonable rate.

The majority of Antona Student Properties staff have studied at one of the Liverpool Universities within the past 5 years! So we really have first hand experience of student homes.
Aside from our high interior specifications, we also offer some of Liverpool's most safe and secure properties, surpassing sector targets in many areas.

...Less time worrying, more time studying...

For further peace of mind, we provide a dedicated Student Liaison Officer who is always available to you 24/7. Kind of like a second mum, but they won't do your ironing or cleaning.

Think of Antona Student Properties when you look for your Student House.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I book a viewing for a property?
You can book a viewing by either selecting the property you are interested in on the Properties page, scrolling down and filling in the form, or by going to the Contact Us page and fire us off an email from there.
We will then call you to arrange a suitable time for you to come and view a property.
Feel free to call us at anytime to book a viewing, on
0151 343 4040

2. What happens if I like the property?
If you like the property, which we are convinced you will, each person in your group will be asked to complete an Application
Form which will give us your contact details, and confirms the property you have selected.

When you are sure you want the property, you will be asked for a holding deposit of £130.00 to secure it. Your holding deposit is a sign of commitment from you and will mean we shall stop taking viewings on your future house. Your tenancy documentation will be sent to you shortly after that.

Your holding deposit will be refunded to you, in full, within 30 days of you moving into your house. You will of course also get a receipt for the payment. If you decide not to proceed with the tenancy your Holding Deposit is non-refundable.

3. What is the period of the tenancy?
The tenancy is for a 50 weeks period. In the 2009/2010 academic year, tenancy will run from Monday 13th July 2009 to Monday 28th June 2010.

4. How is rent paid?
When we issue the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement we ask for a postdated cheque for your rent up until August 31st 2009.
From 1st September 2009, the remaining rent is paid by Standing Order, in advance, on the last day of each prior calendar month to the end of the tenancy period.

We will provide you with a simple Standing Order form in your Tenancy Agreement, that if you send back to us filled in, we will set up with your bank for you.
5. Who pays what bills?
Usually we pay the Water, Gas and Internet bills and will also provide you with Digital Television free of charge, (although you will need to get a TV Licence for the property). You will be responsible for the Electricity bill.
Bills will vary from house to house, however we will detail what bills you will be paying during your initial viewing and in you Tenancy Agreement.

6. What happens if one of my friends drop out?
Fingers crossed this will not happen, but occasionally it does. From experience, you may be able to find a replacement well before the tenancy starts. If not, there is the option for you and your remaining friends to pay a little extra for the vacant room.
