The inside of the property has been completely refurbished and redecorated. The outside of the house is decorated in a unique green and cream combination, so regardless of how many drinks you have, you'll still be able to work out which door to try and fit your key into.
The local high street is totally geared to students, best illustrated by the numerous takeaways and bars on Smithdown Road. Local shops are plentiful and although you can do a big shop at one of the local supermarkets, the pound shop at the end of the road is great for bulk buying loo roll and washing powder.
The house is also brilliant for local bus routes that link you directly to the City centre and all Universities.
