When we bought this house on Langton Road, it was a mid-sized five bed roomed house with a dinky little bathroom. We have since renovated it fully, turning it into four double bedded rooms, with a bathroom that now has a large bath and shower area.
The house has a beautiful, brand new, fully fitted kitchen with tonnes of appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, oven with hob etc.
The lounge is also a good size, with two new leather sofas strategically placed around a glass coffee table, so they point at the brand new HD Ready 32" LCD TV that we have bolted to the wall.
The house is smart throughout. It has new furniture, freshly painted walls and ceilings and new double glazed windows.
Langton Road is one of the roads running from Smithdown Road in Wavertree. It is next to many local shops including ASDA and a 24 hour DVD rental shop; it also has great transport links at the end of the road, running to the city centre and all of the universities.
