A fabulous 6 bedroom house split across four floors in Liverpool City Centre.

I visit the relevant properties, then I come back to the office, sit at my desk which next to an air conditioner which has a slightly annoying hum and I am supposed to type up some insight into what the property is like, and what it would be like to live there. Seriously, check out any other listing on this website, click any random one, you will see me talk about the property and describe each individual room and highlight its features.

But not this house. This six bed house, I can’t do justice to. Whatever I type will be meaningless versus the video tour you can view on this page. All the bedrooms are huge. Like the smallest bedroom would be the biggest in any other house. The bathrooms with their make-up stations and jacuzzi baths are insane. The lounge is stunning. The kitchen is gorgeous. Oh there’s a gym too…like a proper good gym.

Location wise, open your smartphone, type “Upper Parliament Street” then change the starting location to either University of Liverpool or LJMU or Hope, or LIPA, whichever you are attending. Your phone will tell you it is 0.8miles from UofL, 0.7 Miles from LJMU, 1.5 miles from Hope (Shaw Street Campus) and 0.5 miles from LIPA. So, the location is class too. Everything is within short walking distance.

…I have written website reviews for student houses since 2008 – this is the best house I have ever seen.
